Inhalt und Lagerung | GeneBLAzer™ Beta-Lactamase-Substrate werden als Lade-Kits (Tabelle 1) geliefert und sind in Großpackungen erhältlich. Die Ladekits umfassen CCF2-AM oder CCF4-AM, DMSO (für Lösung A), Lösung B und Lösung C. CCF2-AM und CCF4-AM werden trocken geliefert und sollten bei -20 °C trocken gelagert und vor Licht geschützt werden. DMSO (für Lösung A), Lösung B und Lösung C sollten bei 22 bis 25 °C vor direkter Lichteinstrahlung geschützt gelagert werden. Etwas kühlere Temperaturen können dazu führen, dass sich in Lösung B. ein weißer Niederschlag bildet |
