Buerkle™ Edelstahl-Eisprobenehmer

Der Probenehmer wurde für die Probenahme aus gefrorenen, hochviskosen, pastösen Materialien wie Speiseeis und ähnlichen Substanzen entwickelt. Der bohrerförmige Fräser verschraubt sich beim Drehen selbstständig in die Tiefkühlware. Der Sammelzylinder kann einfach über einen Bajonettanschluss gelöst werden. Die Probe ist dann verfügbar und kann entfernt werden.
