Preparation of niobium oxide and mixed metal oxides.Niobium(V) ethoxide is used for the sol-gel processing of materials containing niobium oxides and mixed metal oxides. It is also used to prepare ferroelectric nanomaterials consisting of oxides of potassium, silicon and niobium.
