Description

Dank der sterilen Schaufel, die bereits im Beutel enthalten ist, sinkt das Risiko für Kontaminationen und es müssen keine zwei Gegenstände zur Probenahme transportiert werden. Die Polypropylen-Schaufel mit einer Kapazität von 2 oz. (60 cm³) ist 7 in. (18,5 cm) lang.

Kapazität wird in Flüssigunzen gemessen, wenn der Beutel geschlossen ist und die Lasche dreimal gefaltet wird. Volumen und Abmessungen sind ungefähre Angaben, Beutel sollten nicht bei Temperaturen über 180° F (82 °C) verwendet werden. Die Beutel können bei beliebigen Temperaturen eingefroren werden, selbst bei einer Temperatur von Flüssigstickstoff bis zu –346 °F (–210 °C). Nach dem Einfrieren ist eine vorsichtige Handhabung erforderlich. Alle Beutel werden nach der Herstellung sterilisiert.
