Beschreibung

Inhibits casein kinase II and blocks RNA synthesis. An adenosine analog.5,6-Dichlorobenzimidazole riboside is used as an inhibitor of RNA Polymerase II. It is nucleoside analogue and used in research to study the mechanisms of cellular regulation. Further, it inhibits some protein kinases.

Anwendungen
Hemmt die Caseinkinase II und blockiert die RNA-Synthese. Löslichkeit
Löslich in DMSO bis 75 mM. Löslich in Dimethylsulfoxid, heißem Ethanol, Dimethylformamid, (1:2) Dimethylformamid: Phosphatpuffer-Kochsalzlösung, Wasser, Methanol und Pyridin. Schwer löslich in wässrigen Puffern.

Hinweise
Nicht kompatibel mit Wärme und Oxidationsmitteln.
